9e8abb4a632f: allow different interest counts based on account level
Make interest limit adjustable, and increase limit on number of interests for paid accounts.
5027be8b7ac1: Mark made a bug, a syntax error.
Mark is suitably remorseful, and expects a thrashing later. (related to changeset e297eaa982ef)
